CREW HIGHERACHY

Our crews use an easy Non-RP standard when in lobbies in GTA 5. Public lobbies are "Free For All" where no one really controlls any territories, but merely "hangs out" in certain areas. In private lobbies, whichever crew started the lobby is the controlling factor for all territories. In other words, you do not enter into a Mercanti private lobby and start demanding they get off House of Midnight "territory". The same in reverse. But ONLY in private lobbies does this apply. To do so otherwise would start wars with other crews and we are NOT the Hatfields and McCoys.

The Crew Leader is usually the founder of the crew. The original first member who started it all. They created the charter that the crew adheres to, they know every in and out, and they always do their best in regards to the crew. They are responsible for the workings of the crew, their training, their support - and at the worst of times.... their leash if necessary.

Following close in rank to the crew leader, the commissioners are the heart of the crew. They know all the ins and outs of crew life, crew behavior, and aren't afraid to step in and take control of chaotic situations when their leaders aren't around. They lead the Branches (or sub-crews) that spawn from it's Founding Crew. They are the best at what they do, and aren't afraid to step into a situation if it means helping to defend others or keep the crew towing the line. They are elite of the crew and you should think twice before provoking them.

Despite their "middle man" position of the crew, the Lieutenants are not to be taken so casually. They are responsible for leading teams of crew members, grooming and guiding them into becoming elite crew members themselves. They are an example of what the rookies should strive to become, future trainers, tactical experts, backup, air support, ground control, tacticians, recruiters, branch leaders, tech support, enforcers, ghosts, and soldiers themselves. Lieutenants are what put Navy Seals to shame..... they redefine the meaning of the term "Hell Week".

They are the shades and shadows crawling through the city streets, the sultry and seductive voice of the crew. They know all, they see all, and they want YOU to become apart of it. Forget the Dark Side and it's cookies. We have members, training ....and knowledge. They promote our policy of "Quality Over Quantity." and with a few simple words out of their lips (or fingers on the keyboard) they will entice you into joining the shimmer in the darkness that is the House of Midnight.

Representatives

 You. You are the newly recruited, the driving force behind the crews that make up the House of Midnight. Without you there are no ranks, no fun, no sticky bombs exploding to comically roll giant orange balls down the mountains. Join the crew who is made for the players, not the game. Those that provide a safe haven for gamers to learn and play and grow their skills without fear of being hacked or kicked from the sessions. You are the future. We are your beginning.
