HOUSE OF MIDNIGHT RULES

BY JOINING THIS CREW OR ANY OF IT'S PARTNER CHAPTERS, PROSPECT CHAPTERS,

OR WORKING ON ANYTHING INVOLVING THE HOUSE OF MIDNIGHT OR IT'S ONLINE, OFFLINE, OR SOCIAL MEDIA PROJECTS

YOU HEREBY AGREE TO ABIDE BY THE RULES OR ANY RULE CHANGES THAT MAY BE MADE BY THE CREW LEADER.

[RULES LAST UPDATED NOVEMBER 26, 2019]

1.  As of December 1st, 2017 you must be 18 to join the House of Midnight. This does not apply to members recruited before December 1st 2017.

2.  NO KILLING CREW MEMBERS OR ALLIES AT ANY TIME FOR ANY REASON. If someone kills you and you know they are not allowed to do so, take a screen shot (not using GTA camera) and send the photo to the crew leader as proof. Video captures can also be used as proof.

3. During heists, missions, resupplies, and sales NO MESSING WITH CREW VEHICLES OF ANY KIND AT ANY TIME. This includes automobiles, motorcycles, planes, boats, offroad vehicles, specialty vehicles (Liberators, Pegasus, Ruiners, Oppressors, etc), Warstock / millitary vehicles (APCs, bunker vehicles, Insurgents, etc), golf carts, utility vehicles, planes, jets, choppers, cargobobs, hanger vehicles, bicycles,  and/or random vehicles found on the street that were at any time driven by a crew member. It does NOT matter if you can help them make the money back or the money comes from your account to pay them back. Don't fuck with their vehicles.

5. Obey directives given by your crew leader and commissioners. If you disregard your crew leader or commissioner's direct orders you will be issued a warning. A 2nd time is probation (type and time length decided by the crew leader and can result you temporarially being de-ranked to muscle and a possible penalty applied). If you do it a 3rd time - depending on severity of the situation - you may be removed from the crew.

6. Deliberate and malicious harassment of players and their in game characters - via cars, weapons, fellow crew members, or non-crew members as well as online and offline verbal or digital [email, text, phone calls, social media, etc] means - this INCLUDES postings on any websites - results in IMMEDIATE expulsion from the crew and can result in revoking of crew membership. Screen shots must be sent to the crew leader or commissioners as proof if it is sent by phone, messenger, GTA cell phone, or PSN.

7. If you belong to another crew and their rules will not allow you to act in certain ways against another player or crew, you may NOT switch to your House of Midnight (or any sub-branches) crew tags and colors in order to do as you like. Or vice versa. Crew Hopping to have your way  bending or breaking the rules results in immediate expulsion from the crew.

8. When entering a session with the crew leader all members must be wearing the crew tag. Optional is wearing some form of crew colors. Wearing the crew colors/patch on your vehicles only are not acceptable. All sessions with the CREW LEADER are considered Crew Sessions, regardless of what anyone is currently doing at that time. If - while in session with the crew leader - you are not sporting the crew tag and some form of crew emblem or colors, you must switch over immediately. Having crew patches and colors and tags help make it easier when fighting opponents in public lobbies. This helps identify crew crews during sessions, firefights, and prevents others from attacking your crew when a larger number of you are in the same room.

9. Do NOT – under ANY circumstances – discuss current crew business with former crew members that have been kicked from the crew.. This will be seen as a violation of trust and you will be put on probation. Further actions will result in removing you from the crew. If needed, set your in game chat to "CREW" , set your player party chat to "Private" or call them and then discuss things or text them via cell, PSN,  email, or messenger service.

10. Any and all complaints or personal issues between crew members will be handled by a mediator (crew commissioners) or those in charge (CL & Coms) can take a vote and handle it accordingly. Once a vote has been given it cannot be changed unless decided by the Crew Leader. The Crew Leader has right to change rules and regulations, as well as veto any previous rules or decisions made if certain situations require the Crew Leader to do so. Bottom line, if you don't know... just ask. But ask VERY nicely.

11. Do NOT – under ANY circumstances – discuss current crew business with non crew members (Ie - MDNT members wearing a Hells Angels patch and talking about the MDNT crew in a HA session.) This will be seen as a violation of trust and you will be put on probation. Further actions will result in removing you from the crew. If needed, set your in game chat to "CREW" , set your player party chat to "Private" or call them and then discuss things or text them via cell, PSN,  email, or messenger service.

HOUSE OF MIDNIGHT CREW MEMBER GUIDELINES

1. All crew members are required to have 100K on them at all times for ammo and supplies. This is in order to better defend your crew members.

2. When you are riding with your crew in another crew's session as a guest, you must wear the MDNT crew emblem and some form of crew colors or crew colored accessories - exceptions are only if you belong to the other crew as well.  NOTE: Even when you are not wearing our crew patch, colors, or tag (I.E. black & purple, MDNT) you still represent this crew merely by being associated with us. This also helps distinguish us from the rest of the target icons on the game map. If you are wearing another crew's patch, you will eventually wind up being shot by your own crew members by accident.

3. Truth, Honor and Discipline above all else. Ali members of the crew will hold themselves in a respectable manner. Any bullying such as clearing  public lobbies, leaving cars during GTA races to shoot other players, kicking strangers from public lobbies, ghosting in order to hack anything or anyone, using multiple accounts for any of the afore mentioned issues will result in demotion or - depending on the severity of the situation - possible removal from the crew. (See also Rule 4)

4. You cannot petition, apply, nag, bitch, suck up, bribe, brown nose, prospect, harass, threaten, mod, or hack your way into an Officer's position. The crew leader will appoint them as they are needed.

5. In public lobbies, tanks/jets/weaponized choppers/ weaponized vehicles are used only as a last resort during battle. If you are defending your crew, do not get out your tank/jet/chopper simply to defeat the enemy faster. We rely on skill, not brute force to win battles. The backlash from the tank/jet/chopper missile blast is unpredictable and can kill crew members easily. It can also start a war if enemies do not even have a tank/jet/chopper out yet. Check with your crew leader or commissioners if a tank/jet/chopper is needed during a massive free-roam fight.

6. Do not abandon your crew during combat in public lobbies during combat except to grab a vehicle for defense or escape, gather ammo or armor, snacks to increase health, or real life situations - like family, work, or school - require you to leave. If you decide you are suddenly bored with fighting and ditch your crew to go do something like change clothes or do missions, and you leave them while they are being attacked, you will be put on probation and be in deep shit with the crew leader. Protecting your fellow crew members is more important than playing Barbie or getting cash.

7.  All members are responsible for keeping up with crew news, notices, and information on their own. This means keeping up with Rockstar Social club, the crew website, the crew forum, crew social media, and/or talking to crew members, having their phone numbers, email or other ways of contacting them.

8. All crew members are required to have the crew leader's and/or commissioner's phone number in case of emergencies or problems with the crew. This is in case one of the commissioners or the crew leader cannot be reached. DO NOT disturb someone when you KNOW they are at work. Real life work or school or family obligations come BEFORE the crew and any chaos ensuing.

GUEST RULES & REGULATIONS

1. Members may bring "friends" into Crew Sessions and when doing so, are required to brief said "friends" on the crew rules and what is and is not allowed while in the crew session.

2. If a guest in a crew session is causing problems and is asked to leave by Crew Leader repeatedly, they must do so immediately - regardless if their friends remain in the session or not.

3. If guests are causing problems and is asked to leave a Crew Session and refuses to leave, a new session will be started if the person somehow cannot be kicked. The crew leader determines whether or not the session is public, public private, or private.

4. Friends of crew members are not allowed in Crew Sessions while meetings or training is in progress. They tend to interrupt things when the crew should be focused on more important things.

5. In Crew Sessions, "friends" of crew members are NOT allowed to drive vehicles belonging to crew members unless retrieving them from impound or are requested to retrieve them due to respawn proximity. Any "friend" caught messing with crew vehicles of any kind without permission of any kind will be dealt with according to the severity of the issue.

6. "Friends" of crew members may be recruited into the crew, but are NOT promised a member position till the probationary period has passed.

7. "Friends" of crew members popping in to crew party chat must follow all rules and regulations of the House of Midnight while in said party chat. Anyone harassing crew members or allies in party chat will be kicked from the party and the crew member who brought them in will be given a warning and held responsible. If the situation continues, said member will not be allowed into crew party chats till their settings have changed while with the crew.
